Your group has very individual needs when it comes to comfortable meeting room set-ups.

Meeting facilities will provide you with a grid of their meeting room capacities. This grid may include ceiling height, room dimensions and the capacities for a variety of meeting room sets (such as banquet). Although grids are very helpful, keep in mind when using these guidelines that it is up to you, the Meeting Planner to determine the amount of space needed for YOUR individual meeting. It is helpful calculate YOUR special needs into your square footage. If you require staging, for example, you will need a larger meeting space. Another example, if you wish to have everyone sit at round tables during the meeting, using only half of the table for seating (everyone facing the front of the room) your needs will be different than the grid amounts.

The following pages are to help you to calculate your needs and will assist you in assuring the comfort of your Associates.  Remember the aisles, staging, and refreshment area and you will have a comfortable meeting setting!
